Permanent eyeliner is recommended for clients who wear pencil or liquid eyeliner daily and would like to save time on applying it. It can be applied on lower or upper line or both. Periodic touch-ups are recommended to maintain the desired look. ** I highly suggest to book your Touch Up (4-8 weeks) immediately after you book your initial appointment to ensure a touch up at an appropriate date.** Note: Credit card transactions are subject to a 4% fee, including in final deposit price.
